Before F.I.69, Konstantin Nevelskiy had already spent years producing music and performing as a DJ. The project he formed with Igor “M.I.P.” Maksimenko became the first to carry his work from southern Russia into the international electronic-music market.

“Caliente” began with an instrumental by Nevelskiy and developed into a collaboration with Spanish-language artist Franklin Dam. The single is out now through Tâino Music and Virgin Music Spain.

It has since entered rotation on Pervoye Radio in Krasnodar. Alena came to me with her lyrics and wanted to turn them into a finished record. I brought in Yuriy Krasilnikov to write the music — a friend since childhood, and by now one of the leading jazz saxophonists in Krasnodar and southern Russ

Nevelskiy’s new “Spirit of Summer” remix with DJ Suhov and Fairtonesax follows a year of collaboration spanning record production, festival mixes, radio and Loony House events.

JetLoud began as Nevelskiy’s studio and live electronic project in 2012. Over two years, it grew through regional performances, radio exposure and releases with Cotry, Artem Rubtsov, Miguel and other electronic artists.
