Nevelskiy and NyBracho: A Collaboration That Reached Millions of Listeners
NyBracho released a substantial part of his catalogue through my label, LOONY HOUSE MAJOR. Our collaboration included both label releases and projects where I worked directly on the sound.
Two of those records—his collaborations with Rem Digga—now lead NyBracho’s Spotify profile and have accumulated more than seven million streams combined.
NyBracho and Rem Digga
NyBracho’s music brought melodic vocals and emotionally direct songwriting into a hip-hop setting. His sung parts created a natural contrast with rap verses, making him a strong collaborator for artists with a heavier or more rhythmically dense delivery.
Rem Digga is one of the most distinctive artists in Russian hip-hop: a rapper, songwriter and beatmaker from Gukovo, a mining town in southern Russia. His catalogue ranges from hard, technically dense rap to melodic and introspective records. Albums including “Глубина” and “Черника” established him as an important independent voice in the genre. Russian music publication The Flow has described this ability to move between hard-edged rap and melodic material as one of the defining qualities of his work.
That contrast made his collaboration with NyBracho especially effective: Rem Digga carried the verses, while NyBracho gave the songs their melodic center.
“Снега не будет”
“Снега не будет” was released through LOONY HOUSE MAJOR on April 20, 2019.
The single became one of NyBracho’s biggest records and has surpassed one million streams on Spotify. Its combination of restrained production, reflective verses and a memorable vocal refrain allowed both artists to retain their own identities within the same track.
The release date and label are confirmed by Apple Music.
Mixing and Additional Production for “Фонари”
NyBracho and Rem Digga continued the collaboration with “Фонари”, released on July 10, 2020.
I handled the mixing and additional production, working with the existing material to shape the final record. The mix had to preserve the contrast between Rem Digga’s detailed delivery and NyBracho’s melodic vocal while bringing the instrumental, voices and atmosphere into a cohesive sound.
“Фонари” has since surpassed six million Spotify streams. It is currently the first track displayed on NyBracho’s artist profile, followed by “Снега не будет”—making the two Rem Digga collaborations the most visible results of our work together.
The track also reached a substantial audience beyond streaming platforms. Its official YouTube upload, published on NyBracho’s channel on July 11, 2020, has received more than 3 million views, further extending the record’s total reach.
